The Courage and Commitment of Blessed Father Stanley Rother

In a celebration of courage, commitment, and the intertwining of diverse cultures, Rambusch, a trailblazing leader in liturgical design, LED, and custom lighting, is set to host a remarkable event at the Sheen Center in New York City on Monday, December 4th, at 6 pm.

The highlight of the evening will be Most Reverend Paul Stagg Coakley, the Archbishop of Oklahoma City, sharing the inspiring story of Father Stanley Rother. Born in 1935 on an Oklahoma farm, Father Rother’s life serves as a beacon of modern-day courage and unwavering commitment to his mission in Guatemala. Tragically martyred in 1981, Father Rother went on to become the first US-born priest to be beatified.

The event promises an illuminating exploration of Father Rother’s journey, reflecting not only on his selfless dedication but also on the rich tapestry of cultural exchange that marked his mission in Guatemala.

For those interested in attending and delving into this powerful narrative, more information about the event can be found at www.sheencenter.org. This is not merely an evening of remembrance but an opportunity to witness the convergence of art, spirituality, and the enduring legacy of a man whose life continues to inspire generations.
