Rambusch specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing a range of LED lighting fixtures and controls, allowing us to create a custom lighting program that best fits the architecture and purpose of any space.
LED downlight fixtures can replace all existing Rambusch downlights and most other brands without removing the old trims. Our standard trims offer fast installation from above or below, and we offer multiple options for beamspreads, drivers, and dimming protocols. Our Twist-Lok frames are reversible for wet construction or existing ceilings. Regarding LED retrofits, these very specific fixtures can be placed right onto an old Rambusch mounting system from above. This saves cutting and patching the ceiling and eliminates the need to install new mountings and rework the ceiling. LED downlighting is exceptionally smooth and available in a range of color temperatures and rendering indices to recapture the experience of traditional lighting without replicating its cost.
LED Brackets / Pendants
These LED bracket and pendant fixtures mount on or can be suspended from trusses or walls. They are the self-contained versions of our recessed LED downlight, but either side-mounted or hung where exposed luminaires are required or where recess space is unavailable. For interior applications, drivers can be concealed within the housing or mounted remotely when space is a concern. The bracket mount attaches at any angle from which the housing tilts 25˚ outward. The pendant canopy mounts on 0°- 60° slopes with 24″ and 60″ standard stem lengths. As with all Rambusch fixtures, custom lengths, and other options are always available.
Flite LED Uplights
We can place more illuminating power in small fixtures than any other provider on the market. Built around our patented thermal management system, the flite™ line of architectural uplights delivers the high flux needed to make solid-state uplighting effective. From our small, inconspicuous flitePak to the large, high-flux uplights needed in public spaces, the flite™ system allows Rambusch to incorporate LED where it couldn’t fit before and where it wasn’t powerful enough to be effective. Now that’s all changed because we’re expanding flite™ into all of our LED uplights.
But flite™ is not just uplighting; it’s a cutting-edge technology that’s opened the door to incorporating high-flux LED illuminators into very tight chambers. Our exclusive approach to SSL cooling drastically reduces weight and bulk over typical passive radiation systems. It’s particularly useful on historical projects because flite™ curtails the internal shadows often seen when historical glass shades are lamped with LED. It preserves the familiar inner glow that people expect. This frees lighting designers to design as they please without having to accommodate the heft of ordinary heatsink solutions. Accent lighting is highly dependent on mounting location, so they’re often inaccessible. No problem. Small and efficient, Rambusch LED accent units perfectly complement an interior lighting scheme to add focus and direction without maintenance. They include built-in snoots for glare control, use very little power, and generate minimal heat, so you can place them anywhere.
Rambusch used a newly developed Bluetooth controlled LED to allow independent control within a very tight Art Deco fixture. A traditional design-assist developed and installed a working prototype on site.
