Project Summary:
Terminal B North Concourse: Diffuse uplighting balances dramatic daylighting, which reflected the master planners’ desires for a streamlined easy-to-use, no-hassle travel experience in a major transportation project.
Project Detail:
The lighting designer selected the Rambusch Pan-A-Lux family of optics as it allowed the light to be adjusted within the terminal space by using a number of different fixtures. As the proportion of the terminal and its spaces changed, the designer was able to select optics from the family of five optics to best shape the light for the room. The decorative shroud was then added for a visually uniform effect.
This is an example of Rambusch helping to deliver a project-unique mounting system to allow the client’s chosen optical system to be installed and maintained with minimal effort.
