LED downlight fixtures can replace all existing Rambusch downlights, as well as most other brands, without removing the old trims. Our standard trims offer fast installation from above or below, and we offer multiple options for beamspreads, drivers and dimming protocols. Our Twist-Lok frames are reversible for wet construction or existing ceilings. Regarding LED retrofits, these very specific fixtures can be placed right onto an old Rambusch mounting system from above. This saves cutting and patching the ceiling, and eliminates the need to install new mountings and rework the ceiling. LED downlighting is exceptionally smooth, and available in a range of color temperatures and rendering indices to recapture the experience of traditional lighting, without replicating its cost.
